This new chapter reflects a sharpened focus on supporting mission-driven organizations through sustainable, high-impact solutions that deliver lasting results. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As part of this strategic evolution, CSI transitioned its software product line to Advanced Solutions International (ASI), a longtime partner and the global provider of the iMIS Engagement Management System (EMS). Doug Morris, CSI’s original Founder, along with the software product team, have joined ASI to support the continued development of these products. CSI’s consulting operations will remain under the leadership of Bill Boehner, who will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer.
