Expenses billed to clients need to submitted in ConnectWise to add the expense to their invoice. Receipts only need to be uploaded here; not in ConnectWise. Learn more about submitting expenses in ConnectWise.

Mileage

The finance team will calculate the appropriate reimbursement based on the mileage entered below. You will always be reimbursed for the current rate even if this form has not had its annual update.

2026 Rate. The mileage rate for 2026 is 72.5 cents per mile. The calculation below will automatically round.
