With the myriad technologies available in the nonprofit space, it can be a challenge to identify training programs that meet the needs of your organization. There are too many off-the-shelf training packages that don’t hit the mark. At CSI, we do things differently. Our focus is on designing tailored training programs based on your needs. We actively listen and identify the biggest learning gaps in your organization and work together to close them.

Your goals inform an assessment we deliver to staff, which helps us understand your strengths and where we should focus our trainings. Based on the results, we’ll recommend tailored training sessions for your organization’s specific needs. After the trainings, we’ll resend the original assessment and see what learning has been accomplished.
