Strategic Engagement

Training & Continuous Improvement

Our philosophy is to enable our clients to be self-sufficient with their technology landscape. We provide training and continuous improvement sessions for your staff, setting you up for long-term success.

Project/Account Management

For all project-based work, CSI utilizes an agile methodology approach. This allows us to deliver projects iteratively and collaboratively with you. Over the past three years, CSI has delivered 150+ projects, on average, at less than 90% of the original budgets.

Governance

Taking the time upfront to define proper governance and stakeholder alignment leads to future success. For our strategic clients, we assign an Account Team consisting of a CSI executive, a consultant/project manager, and an assigned technical resource. We have found if our client does the same, this greatly increases our joint success.

CSI has been awarded the Customer Satisfaction Leader Award from Advanced Solutions International (ASI) multiple times. Customer satisfaction is a key priority for CSI, and we partner with clients who understand the value of their Engagement Management System and who value their partner relationship.
