Project/Account Management
For all project-based work, CSI utilizes an agile methodology approach. This allows us to deliver projects iteratively and collaboratively with you. Over the past three years, CSI has delivered 150+ projects, on average, at less than 90% of the original budgets.
Governance
Taking the time upfront to define proper governance and stakeholder alignment leads to future success. For our strategic clients, we assign an Account Team consisting of a CSI executive, a consultant/project manager, and an assigned technical resource. We have found if our client does the same, this greatly increases our joint success.
