Job responsibilities include: assisting lead consultants
with presales technical support, data conversion, installation,
implementation, report writing and support of iMIS
software.
Requirements
·
Bachelors degree in a related field
·
The ideal candidate has:
o
2-3 years experience working directly with clients during
software implementations
o
Extensive experience with Crystal Reports or MS Access
report writing
o
Experience with iMIS or other association or
nonprofit software
o
Experience with MS SQL Server
·
Experience with ColdFusion, Visual Basic or ASP is a plus
·
Networking experience with Windows 2000 and Windows NT is a
plus
·
Training and technical documentation experience is a plus
·
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving
skills and the ability to follow instructions and work independently
are very important
·
Ability to travel 30% of time
